Mr. Sujit Ghose born in a small town of Odisha, after completing B.Com, pursued Diploma in Sales & Marketing. Further having worked in Corporates for 15 years, shifted to the Social Sector. His Late mother has always been a source of inspiration to be with the needy section of the society. Being in the Social Sector he has travelled many parts of India, understanding and learning the needs of needy sections.

Amit A. Makhare leads the CSR initiatives at The Baby Care Foundation with a strong focus on building sustainable partnerships and advancing inclusive development. With extensive experience in child protection, disability inclusion, and program management, he has previously worked with reputed organizations such as Sense International India and Muskan Foundation. His approach blends strategic leadership with compassion, embodying his guiding principle — “Empathy in Action.”

Working as a CSR Executive at The Baby Care Foundation. It’s been an inspiring journey to begin a career in the social development sector, creating meaningful change for communities in need. Working with this organization has provided valuable learning and growth opportunities, while actively contributing to CSR projects focused on education, health, skill development. Focused on contributing effectively to every project and supporting the foundation’s mission.

I have completed MSW with specialization in Family and Child welfare from CSRD college Ahmadnagar.
