For children already struggling to make ends meet, the harsh cold can be life-threatening. Extreme winter conditions, combined with poverty, significantly affect their health and well-being, making them more vulnerable to pneumonia, respiratory infections, and other cold-related illnesses.

At an age when children should be attending school, learning, and playing, many are instead fighting to survive the winter. Their parents face tremendous challenges—struggling to keep their children warm and healthy while bearing the financial burden of daily necessities. For many families, warm clothing is a luxury they simply cannot afford.

The bitter cold of winter can have a severe impact on a child’s well-being. But with your support, this winter can be different for countless children.

The Baby Care Foundation (TBCF) is providing essential winter clothing such as sweaters, caps, gloves, and socks to children in need. These basic yet critical items offer protection against the cold and help prevent serious illnesses.
